I typically enjoy making both the tempranillo or the rioja Spanish grapes.<br /><br />Nothing says enjoyment, when you sit down to eat a cocido Madrileño or lentejas con chorizo with friends, like a nice bottle of Spanish Rioja!<br /><br />Long live Spain, a great country that has given so much to the World in the arts, culture and culinary arena! <br /><br />And long live the Spaniards, like myself, who wear their Boina Vasca on a daily basis.
