The Beret as a Recruitment Item

It's an interesting phenomenon: the beret being a symbol for die-hard pacifists, peace advocating artists, high-end fashion adepts and, on the other side, the military; be it regular conscripts or professionals in Foreign legion, Green Berets and other regiments that allure to boy's imaginations.
