The song is a milonga called 'La Boina De Vasco', by Carlos Gallardo; a tribute to the Basque beret. The lyrics of the song can be found here (named "La boina 'e vasco", as pronounced by the gauchos). Faithful Beret Project readers will recognize many of the pictures shown in the video.
