'Too Fast To Live - Too Young To Die', or Berets from Korea

Interesting fashion accessories from Korea, berets with a message.
I'm not quite sure I get the message right, but the berets seem popular enough in the Seoul street scene.
 I have seen stickers with the same message on pumped-up Subaru's, boy-racers in down-town Wellington on Friday night. Typically, they stick to baseball-caps though...
