Rick Breckenridge is the Montana Libertarian Party Deputy
Treasurer and Lake County Central Committee Chair.
Breckenridge is a professional land surveyor, which he views
as “marking a line where a person’s rights end and another’s begin.”
He is a
champion of personal rights, campaigning on the slogan: “Whatever you ask the
government to do for you, they can do to you.”
