Gijsbert Jan "Gijs" Jacobs van den Hof
(1889 - 1965 ) was a Dutch sculptor.
One of his most well known sculptures is that of "De Gele Rijder" ("The Yellow Horseman") in Arnhem, Netherlands. This horseman was a member of the
oldest corps within the Dutch military
, a field artillery regiment established in 1793.
