A Tribute to the Elders

Grandfather-Mecerreyes, a bronze by Angel Gil Cuevas, is a tribute to our elders. 

Placed at the Mesón de Frutos in Burgos, the statue also served as a front cover for the Spanish Alzheimer Magazine of September, 2009. Maybe not the best way to promote beret wearing among the younger generations, but still...
