The Constanti House was founded in 1923 by Jean-Luc’s grandfather
Léon Constanti in Lanne en Barétous (Béarn) and then taken over by his father
Jean.
At the age of 30, Jean-Luc took over the bakery and expanded the range of
pastry creations, chocolate and confectionery. Accompanied by his team, they
work with concern for the environment and local ethics (red label flours,
organic flours, AOC butter ...). Finally, the (stunningly beautiful) boxes are made
in France.
I feel very fortunate to have been send a box of “berets” by
Boneteria Auloronesa – as lovely as they are were beautiful.
