Former member of the wartime French resistance Clodomir Pasqueraud sightseeing at Windsor Castle, Berkshire, 15th June 1961.
He is part of a group visiting Britain at the invitation of the Royal Marines in recognition of their work in helping the two survivors of Operation Frankton (aka the 'Cockleshell Heroes' raid) to make their escape through France in 1942. Pasqueraud took the fugitive British commandos into his home after they had been refused elsewhere.
