Jon Lauko, whose real name is Francisco Rubio, lives in Barcelona and is a teacher of mathematics at the Montjuïc Institute and a teacher of Algebra at the Escuela de Caminos.

He was a disciple of Professor José Antonio Labordeta who, without knowing it, instilled in him a passion for reading and writing.
In addition to books and articles of a professional nature, Francisco Rubio has published a small travel book entitled Viaje a la Comunidad de Albarracín and numerous travel stories, stories and articles in different newspapers and magazines. Donostia is his first of 5 novels.
