Venezuelan Face Paint and Berets

I can't say I am really charmed by these berets and their wearers, but they sure make a remarkable sight!

Why on earth the Venezuelan Armed Forces use these colours facepaint as 'camouflage', let alone bright red berets for their elite units, is a mystery to me...
