Cordoba, 1959

This 1959 photograph is by American photographer Luis Marden: "Cordobans leave noon Mass for their regular 5 cent Sunday shoeshine". 
Not many men on the picture wear a hat, surprisingly, but it's obvious that from the men that do, the ones applying the shoe-cream wear a boina, while the ones having their shoes done, wear a brimmed hat.
