Major (Maj) Gray of the Salvation Army, points out something of interest outdoors, to an unidentified man in civilian clothing. Maj Gray is in uniform, including beret, and carrying his camera. He and his wife and daughter ran the Salvation Army's hut at the Hiro barracks, for the benefit of members of the 34th Infantry Brigade serving with the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF). Maj Gray later served in the Korean War.
