Ingo Gebhard grew up on the German North Sea Island of Wangerooge.
As a photographer, Ingo Gebhard specialized in portrait, fashion, beauty, editorial and advertising photography since 1997. But ultimately his childhood and youth as an islander shaped him and the longing for the tides, sea and wind is deeply rooted. His interest in photography came from a young age. After initial commercial and socio-educational training, he has been intensively involved with photography since the mid-1990s, which was ultimately to become his profession.
