After studying Law and working as a secretary, Anne-Sophie
Cazemajou has realized her dream. "I'm originally from the Ardèche, I have
always loved animals and especially goats. So when my husband gave me six as my
wedding gift, I felt that my path was laid out!", she explains.
Patrick, her husband, is easily recognizable at the market, where he proudly wears his beret. The
herd of 22 cattle and 16 goats gives a bit of stress at times, he says. "They
must be monitored closely. The other day it was our roses who have paid the
price!"
Anne-: "I can do
30 cheeses a day, it suits me because I want to respect the goats. It is they
who decide in the end, not me! "
