Captain Astérix

It was only in his late twenties that Astérix discovered the joy of taking the helm of a boat.

Astérix, a printer, who grew up in the Charente hinterland, was not destined for the naval trades. One day though, he gets on a boat and his fate is settled.

With the AFDAM association, he recovered and refurbished 2 sailboats, the “Mil Pat” and the “Tante Fine”, which are now used to take tourists around the coast of Fécamp, Normandy.

From April to October the two ships follow the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast and Astérix tells the history of these two former langoustine fishing boats.
