Thousands of men meet at the Hondarribia's main square, 08 September 2003 during the celebration of the "Alarde" traditional festive parade in the Spanish northern Basque village of Hondarribia.
The "Alarde" celebrates a victory during a battle that took place in 1639, and honours the Virgin of Guadalupe because of her help for that victory. Traditionally, only men have been allowed to march in this event.
