No Man's Land

There are plenty of berets in No Man's Land, but that is not the reason to post about the very best (anti-)war movie ever (in my humble opinion).
The main reason is, quite frankly, that I still come across people who haven't seen this movie; a movie that shows the absurdity of war in a way that I have not seen anywhere before or after, but also a film that is extremely funny at the same time - a kind of humor that only Yugoslavs seem to be capable of. Black humor to the extreme.

But to validate this post, there is an interesting episode where a Bosnian commander is shown with a green Basque beret (with a txortena!). Whether he got an ex-Chasseur Ardennais beret from the Army Navy Store in Sarajevo or modified a green Tolosa Tupida, I don't know, but you sure don't come around many green berets like those.
